What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, and PayPal.  

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@loungecutie.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I alter my order?

Should you need to alter your order, please send message with original order information and change requested. We will follow up as soon as possible and make requested changes as long as the order has not shipped. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Items are accepted for exchange only. 

Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving order. 

Email service@loungecutie.com with return request. 

           Include name, order, number, and reason for return. 

          We will email return authorization and return address within 24 hours.

          Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once return has been accepted, a e-credit will be sent for future use.
